The Social Learning

The term Social Learning Theory was invented by Julian Rotter in 1947, the theory evolved when studying social interactions in laboratory conditions. The theory perspective of this context is through the facilitation of social interactions wherby people learn within a social environment. Primarily, observations and actions (stimulus response) are combined with the learning and personality notion.
