The Behaviour Therapy


Albert Ellis in 1995 devised a model, named as, The Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT) which asserts experience does not cause emotional reaction, but is done by the individual belief system. Ellis described two forms of thinking - irrational and rational. The first, irrational thinking containing illogical  and extreme damaging which attacks emotional sequence. rational thinking created the opposite effect which comprises of a tolerance level and is viewed to determine a form of conclusion. In comparison, the irrational thinking is continuous and does not have an end.
