1. Introduction
Improvement of an organization health journey will not necessarily improve with just more staff, more equipment, using existing processes and more facilities. Organization(s) fails to prove that valuable resources are not always used wisely and if there there is a need for investment, this investment should be considered carefully. Matching information skills on demand with capacity will require some dramatic improvements but all organization(s) needs to start some where, the beginning.
